
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, CONDITIONS, TERMS,
Returns
Cancellations: All products purchased in store or online will be subject to the associated shipping costs (Shipping from factory to McCarty and to return ship back to the factory). Shipping will be subtracted from refunds. Also subject to associated restocking fees based on the manufacturer policies once the orders are placed. Products can be returned for 14 days after receipt as long as still in original packaging. Returns are also subject to the above policies. Nonstock products to McCarty Fitness shall be considered final sale once orders are placed with factories.
Product already Assembled: Products which have already been delivered and installed are not returnable.
Terms
Payment: All products must be paid for in full BEFORE any product leaves the warehouse. This goes for deliveries or installations. All installs and deliveries will need to be paid for in full at least 24 hours prior to job start time to avoid any delay in installation. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Installation:
We guarantee that products installed with be free of defects for the first 30 days of the installation period. After 30 days, if a problem arises customer will need to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. You may call us to help get you in touch with the manufacturer, and from that point it will be on the customer and manufacturer to work together on the issue.
Service:
We do not currently offer service or preventative maintenance on machines or any quarterly/monthly services packages. We do highly recommend that all commercial gym customers retain a contract with a service company to come out and do preventative maintenance of all machines. Fitness equipment products have a lot of moving parts and NEED to be maintained consistently. Please call us for recommendations
Pre-Installation:
ALL Customers Should read and abide by the below conditions BEFORE installation:
1. Please make sure that the area of install is
completely clear of items in the way when the team comes out for the installation. Please ensure that the area is properly Vacuumed and/or clean of debris when the installers arrive. Installers will NOT be responsible for cleaning any construction dust or debris that exists before arriving to the job and/or dust that gets kicked up during flooring install from existing mess.
2. Sub floors and walls are almost never level/straight. Please keep this in mind when the teams come out to install. They will do their best to shim out the mirrors when possible to make it as level as they can. Same goes for floors especially when it comes to the rolls. We recommend the double sided adhesive to hold seams together but it isn’t full proof if the subfloor is not level don’t expect perfectly closed seams3. Please make all selections of mirrors/machine placement before the install crew arrives. Once the machines and mirrors are installed where they are directed, there will be additional fees to have them uninstall and move products again.
4. Please Ensure that all children and pets remain CLEAR of the install areas AT ALL TIMES. This is for safety reasons. The job will need to halt if cannot be followed.
5. Please ensure that at the time of arrival the installers have a CLEAR path that is safe of vehicles or debris/snow/ice blocking the entry or walkways into the building. Safety of the installers while they are carrying extremely heavy equipment is a priority and we will not install in dangerous conditions. Please make these accomodations before arrival to have walkways and areas clear from ice/snow/vehicles/machinery. Additional delivery fees will apply if install crews arrive and are unable to install for any of the above reasons
